Ingredients
1cupunsweetened almond milk
1 cupwater
1 cup quinoarinsed in a fine-mesh colander
1 tbspbutter or coconut oil
4dropsliquid steviaoptional
1cuporganic blueberries
1/2cuporganic strawberriessliced
1/4 cupraw walnutschopped
Instructions
In a medium saucepan over high heat, combine almond milk, water, and quinoa.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium-low. Simmer until most of the liquid is absorbed, about 15 minutes.
Add butter or coconut oil and stevia if desired and stir well.
Cover, remove from heat and let stand for 5 minutes.
